Awards: Marijan Rotar Award, Vedran Šamanović Award and Award of the Filmmakers Association of Croatia
The Marijan Rotar Award, named after the founder of Pula Film Festival and presented for contribution to the promotion of the Festival, was presented to the Archeological Museum of Istria. The Museum operates the Arena, which has been hosting the Festival from its very beginning in 1953, when it screened a revue of foreign, and later also domestic film.
The Vedran Šamanović Award, established in honour of film cinematographer and author Vedran Šamanović, was presented to David Gašo, the author of Short Cut Grass, a fiction film realised at the Academy of Dramatic Art.
The Award of the Filmmakers Association of Croatia for lifetime contribution to film was presented to Branko Knez by president of the Filmmakers Association of Croatia Ksenija Marinković.
